This is a die struck, blackened brass example and is a Maltese cross with circlet surrounding a ribboned bugle horn all surmounted by a crown with 3 lugs.
This is a die struck, blackened brass example and is a Maltese cross with circlet surrounding a ribboned bugle horn all surmounted by a crown with 2 lugs.
This is in excellent condition with 2 HPC loops E/W and is mounted on a piece of card with red felt. A 3rd loop has been removed from the N position.
This is in sound condition, is die struck but has had the 3 lugs professionally removed and what appears to be the start of a brooch pin replacement. It has a movable wheel.
This is in very grubby condition and is in white metal and is die stamped. It has no lugs E/W and has never had them and neither does it appear to have locations for any, however this may be the precursor to having a central hooped loop fitted. This appears to be made in readiness to be attached to a base for a HPC (Helmet Plate Centre). It has not been cleaned as it should be shiny white metal.
This is in excellent if a little grubby condition and has 4 arched loops. The central Fleur-de-Lys has 2 brazing holes behind the brass coronet.
This is in excellent condition and is a die cast crowned star with laurel wreath with 2 lugs. There is a brass HPC with 4 lugs. There are traces of polish to the rear.
This is in very good condition and is a die stamped crowned star with laurel wreaths. It has a detachable circlet (HPC) inscribed 'Yorkshire' with a crowned Dannebrog cross to the voided centre. It has 4 loops to the HPC and 2 loops (one loose but present) to the crowned star.
